Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TechWithAmr website, applications, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of the Service

TechWithAmr is a SaaS platform for creators, brands, agencies, and businesses to connect social media accounts, manage content workflows, schedule posts, and publish content through authorized third-party integrations, including TikTok where supported.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law or any relevant third-party platform rules.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must promptly notify us at support@techwithamr.com if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Connected Third-Party Accounts

The service may allow you to connect third-party services, including TikTok, through OAuth or other authorized methods. You are responsible for maintaining your eligibility and compliance with the policies, terms, and technical requirements of those third-party services.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including rate limits, account restrictions, removals, downtime, or changes to APIs and platform policies.

Content Responsibility and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, schedule, or publish through the service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and licenses necessary to use that content and authorize its publication.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of your content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, community guidelines, and third-party platform policies.

Prohibited Uses

  • Using the service for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Publishing or promoting spam, malware, harassment, hate speech, infringing content, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Violating the rules, community guidelines, developer terms, or platform policies of TikTok or any other connected service.
  • Attempting unauthorized automation, scraping, reverse engineering, interference, or circumvention of service limitations or security controls.
  • Accessing accounts, data, or content without authorization or infringing the rights of others.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features that depend on third-party integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always remain available.

We may release updates, improvements, or changes to preserve security, comply with platform rules, or improve functionality.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, harmed other users, or used the platform in a way that could expose us or our partners to liability.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, workflow, or third-party platform at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechWithAmr and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not made any payments.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechWithAmr and its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable governing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. The specific governing law and venue may be updated in a future version of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the last updated date above. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
